Information for Participating Artists

Welcome to the 44th Annual Crosby Festival of the Arts! We are looking forward to another great Festival this year. The weekend begins with a Preview Party Friday, June 26, 6 pm –9 pm and the Festival is open to the general public on Saturday, June 27, 10 am –7 pm and Sunday, June 28, 10 am –4 pm.

Festival Arrival and Set Up
Artist registration and set up will be offered Thursday, June 25, 9 am - 6 pm and Friday, June 26, 9 am - 3:30 pm. If you really want to take your time, call us to schedule an appointment to set up on Wednesday, June 24. Upon arrival, you will receive an instructional packet, which includes a parking pass.

All artists must be set up by 4:00 pm Friday, June 26. The artist dinner is at 4:30 pm. The Preview Party begins at 6:00 pm. Please note that while your booth closes at 9 pm Friday night the Preview Party goes until 10 pm and you are invited to come over to the big tent and join the party. Also, feel free to visit either of the cash bars during the Preview Party.
