Practice the ancient art of Yoga in the serenity of TBG’s Cottage Garden. Yoga, meaning “to join” incorporates gentle stretches with conscious breathing and relaxation techniques to create a body-mind-spirit experience. The vast benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, strength, balance, focus and improved sense of well-being. People of all ages and abilities can participate in this true yoga experience. Healing Through Yoga Session Two
Yoga is a unique system of personal development encompassing body-mind-spirit. The yoga postures exercise every part of the body for physical health. The deep, complete breathing techniques liberate vast resources of energy leaving you calm and refreshed; while the practice of meditation gives increased clarity, mental power and concentration. The Art of Relaxation and Guided Imagery
Unleash your creativity by developing skills in relaxation techniques, imagery and meditations. You will learn techniques to reduce stress and promote your health and wellness naturally. The second hour will be spent creating a drawing using your new techniques of relaxation and imagery all in our beautiful garden setting. Instructor: Deb Reis, RN, MSN Deb has been a nurse for more than 20 years and is certified as an advanced nurse practitioner and holistic nurse. She has received education in guided imagery and relaxation.
