The deep, complete breathing techniques liberate vast resources of energy leaving you calm and refreshed; while the practice of meditation gives increased clarity, mental power and concentration. Instructor: Sheila Johnson, BA, Certified yoga instructor. Sheila has extensive training and experience teaching physical movement classes for your health and well-being.
