Horticulture Internship

General Description:
Toledo Botanical Garden seeks interns currently enrolled in a university curriculum or a recent graduate in one or more of the following areas:  Horticulture, Landscape Gardening, Botany, Ecology or related field.  

International students are welcome to apply and would be sponsored through the Ohio State University International Exchange Program (http://top.osu.edu/).

Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be...

*Able to operate gardening, mowing and utility equipment
*Able to handle the many physical demands of gardening, including occasional heavy lifting
*In possession of a valid driver's license

Part-time Maintenance Technician

General Description:
TBG is seekeing a part-time maintenance technician to assist will all aspects of facilities repairs and support for the garden.  This position will supervise volunteers and community service workers at the garden.  Flexible hours, some weekend duties.
